Joseph M. Gonda, P.E.
Mr. Gonda is the lead project manager at Buckeye Civil Design and is responsible for manpower scheduling, budgeting, project objectives, scheduling, and scope. He has numerous years of experience in the design and permitting process of construction projects and is very familiar with the regulatory process.

John P. Lapinski, P.E.
Mr. Lapinski is a designer and project manager providing planning and design services for a wide range of projects including storm and sanitary sewer design, waterline design, storm water management design, and pump station design. In addition, he is a licensed CPESC and is responsible for the design and inspection of various Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans for ODOT as well as private projects. Mr. Lapinski also has an excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D utilizing it to its fullest potential to provide design drawings and construction drawing packages.

Harry C. Bircher, P.E.
Mr. Bircher is a well-rounded designer and project manager. He specializes in hydrology as well as with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan designs and is in frequent conversations with local Soil and Water Conservations Districts and the Ohio EPA. Mr. Bircher has also taught at Youngstown State University as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Geological and Environmental Engineering. There he has taught classes including Physical Geology, Geology of National Parks, Environmental Impact Assessment, Advanced Environmental Studies, Environmental Health and Safety, Sources of Contamination, Environmental Regulations, Environmental Compliance, and Geology for Engineers. He also has taught classes at the University of Akron; Earth Science and Historical Geology.
